Il contributo affronta il tema della governance di sistema, e declinare la cd. “good governance” degli interventi di sviluppo locale quale risultante dell’efficace combinazione di due variabili qualitative: la ideazione e implementazione di un sistema di regole, e il grado di coinvolgimento dei portatori di interessi. Con specifico riferimento alle esperienze di sviluppo locale in Italia, il differente atteggiarsi delle variabili qualitative esaminate consente di spiegare il percorso evolutivo verso il buon governo, e quindi l’efficacia, degli interventi attuati, a partire dagli anni ’50.

In the context of limited resources of a public hospital, constrained by rigid regulations and lowcapacity to invest in the purpose of satisfying the raising needs of the patients, the health facilityembraced the solutions to partner with an NGO. In partnership with Association of Psychiatric Hospital Dr. Gheorghe Preda Sibiu (ASPPS) alarge number of projects have been developed. The projects aimed to create new means andmethods for complementary and ocupational therapy and to ensure a friendly and suportiveenvironement for the patients. With rather modest financial resources but maximum eficiency and voluntary work, manymodern facilities were created, some even in premiere.

Attraverso il lavoro di ricerca svolto in tre differenti paesi europei, è stato messo a fuoco il tema della cooperazione tra le organizzazioni no profit (ONP) e le istituzioni scolastiche nella presa in carico educativa di minori di madrelingua differente da quella del Paese ospitante. Il lavoro muove dalla convinzione che in questo periodo di rapidi e drammatici cambiamenti derivanti da trasformazioni geopolitiche in tutto il mondo, il settore no profit, con la sua politica flessibile e indipendente, possa contribuire alla stabilizzazione di una situazione che richiede grande attenzione educativa.
Partnership formation and dissolution over the life course: applying sequence analysis and event history analysis in the study of recurrent events

We present two types of approach to the analysis of recurrent events for discretely measured data, and show how these methods can complement each other when analysing co-residential partnership histories. Sequence analysis is a descriptive tool that gives an overall picture of the data and helps to find typical and atypical patterns in histories. Event history analysis is used to make conclusions about the effects of covariates on the timing and duration of the partnerships. The article shows the evolution of the contacts between Wrocław and Dresden within the framework of city partnership agreements against the background of the general state of Polish-German relations. It also mentions activities taken as part of the second Wrocław-Wiesbaden partnership.
